Most orders arrive within 10–17 days.

Complimentary Shipping
PALAIS DU CIEL offers complimentary U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Estimates
All delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances outside of PALAIS DU CIEL’s control may affect delivery.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an error is discovered, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
